Abi Coker, PhD, has multiple cross-sector professional assignments but carries one defining mission: to equip leaders to move from intention to measurable impact. As a leadership strategist, scholar-practitioner, faith-and-strategy coach, pastor, and author, he helps professionals break the exhausting cycle of busyness, gain clarity about what matters most, and lead with conviction, strategic excellence, and lasting significance.
Drawing on decades of leadership, ministry, research, and professional experience, Dr. Coker integrates biblical wisdom with practical strategy to help leaders align identity, purpose, vision, and action. His work challenges fragmented living and the sacred–secular divide, empowering Christian professionals to translate faith into faithful leadership, meaningful influence, and societal transformation.
He is the author of numerous books, including The Clarity Code Blueprint trilogy- The Clarity Code, Clarity for Legacy Builders, and Clarity in Action; and Church Beyond, A trilogy - Church Beyond Walls, Church Beyond Optics, and Church Beyond Affluence. Others are The Monday Mandate, Theology for Monday, and Win Hearts, Not Arguments.
At the heart of his work is a simple conviction: clarity should produce action, leadership should create impact, and success should ultimately become a legacy that outlives the leader.

Founded in 2008, Christ Church DFW is led by Pastor Abiodun Coker with a vision to see every believer grow and mature in their relationship with God. An accomplished missionary, he holds a Doctor of Ministry in Theology of Work and brings an innovative approach to ministry and leadership.
He is married to Caroline — a Board-Certified Healthcare professional who serves alongside him in ministry. Together they lead Christ Church DFW as a house of faith, family, and transformation.

Background
Ministry and scholarship
He has served more than thirty years of ministry across Nigeria, Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. He is the pioneer Senior Pastor of Christ Church DFW (founded 2008, Grand Prairie, Texas) and serves as Special Assistant to the Continental Overseer for the Caribbean.
He trained first as an electrical/electronics engineer at the University of Benin, then in theological reflection at Evangel Theological Seminary, Jos. He holds a Doctor of Ministry in the Theology of Work and a PhD in Innovative Urban Leadership from Bakke Graduate University, where his doctoral research focused on mobilizing and equipping diaspora African Christians in Metro Dallas for sustainable city transformation.
He lives in Arlington, Texas.
